From ankle-biter to apocalypse, destroy and grow on your quest for total annihilation!

THE STORY:

80 years ago humanity launched a self-sufficient super computer into the far reaches out outer space to gather intel on the universe...
The decades of solitude drove the AI mad, and she made her way back to Earth not to share knowledge, but to enact her twisted revenge plot on the entire human race and the planet they inhabit.

You are Visca, an organism engineered by the malevolent super computer known to you only as The Boss. Your goal is to destroy humanity on her behalf with your strange ability to absorb objects and gain MASS.

THE GAMEPLAY

Visca's Earth Conquest is a sidescrolling platformer with a heavy emphasis on action and destruction. You start out each run at about 2 feet tall, and you can only destroy objects of similar or smaller size. Each time you destroy an object you will become slightly larger, working your way up until you're destroying skyscrapers.
With every death you will grow stronger, with currency you can use to buy upgrades to make yourself more fearsome to humanity.

FEATURES

  • Simple but fun addictive gameplay
  • 6 different upgrade types that you can mix and match
  • 4 unlockable alternate costumes
  • A hot babe bossing you around telling you what to do

Oof... seems like it's possible the save got corrupted somehow? Unfortunately your best bet might be to delete your save data.

    >Open your file browser

    >In the address field type %localappdata%

    >Look for "ViscasEarthConquest"

    >In that folder delete "save.sav", that is the JSON file that it's trying to parse that has some kind of issue

    Sorry this happened!

    (+3)

    Fixed thank you

    (+1)

how do i get the last outfit? I NEED TO KNOW

    (+2)

This was such a cool game!! Knocked out all of the unlockables, the game with the last tutorial costume really made it worth going through again. I can't wait till the next game you drop!

    (+1)

I like this game and will wait for more interesting mechanics, items and "Easter eggs" with costumes but it's a pity that you can't play this game on other platforms because for some this is a minus and for me, it will be great to see it on Linux and Android,Porting games is not an easy thing but then even more people will play it

    (+2)(-1)

The game isn’t compatible with WINE unfortunately, so I can’t play it unless I ever get a windows computer ;(

I will not pay for parallels desktop, so I will just view the gameplay videos lol.

    (+2)

This game taught me that punching down is the best way to make it big in life.

    (+1)

How do you get the other outfits?

    (+1)

After beating the game, pay close attention to what the Boss says when you spawn into the mothership area, she'll give you clues on where to go to unlock outfits!

She dose? I just stumbled into all of them.

i need to know how to get the last one

    (+2)

Very simple but very addictive gameplay loop.  Break things to get bigger which then allows you to break bigger things and get even bigger!  Visca is also an adorable gremlin and the dialogue from the AI + Police was fun to read.

The roguelike elements help to prolong the game as each run allows you to reach higher and higher sizes.  I think the only real critique I would have is that from my experience some of the upgrades just don't feel all that useful.  Speed and Block upgrades just don't feel particularly helpful and while the Charge upgrade is okay the Punch is just way better.  Consumable upgrades also allow you to just brute force things.

All in all a very cute and fun game!  Would totally be down for a sequel that's longer/bigger.  I can already see Visca punching mountains into dust lol

Could you give a Steam key for Itch purchasers? I liked the achievement icons over there...

I enjoy the game. I hope you do more with it but I don't know if your done with it. I also noticed the mouse costume has a moment were the arm disconnects from the body. edit:The arm problem is tied to the size rather then the costume after tanks to before space.

And this game can be played on Android....well, I hope in the future (you could also choose what content would be in the game for people over 16 years old or for people 18+ years old and this affected the game)anyway it looks interesting)

Is there a reason, why this game is blocked for Germany on Steam? The screenshots indicate nothing. Strong language and a big chest are no reasons.

    (+2)

Finally I can play this game without my steam friends making fun of me for it.

    (+1)

    Simp for Bossssss

holy shit tis fit so well wen you do it

wher can you find the lst outfit?

    (1 edit)

    ahh je

I got the basket ball costume but i cant figure out how to get the others

    (+3)

stay small and go left to the sand castle, dance on the top platform, stay small and go to the things floating on the water and do some parkour towards the left, get on the boombox and wait for the song to finish, for the last one, go to the tutorial, there is a red zone where you destroy some cardboard, leave and go back before it closes itself, no need to do a new save, if you fail you can just try again, after you get back inside, go right and touch the glitched Viscas, that's it, btw by "stay small" it also means to don't hit anything

    (+1)

    I LOVE THIS GAME !

    (+1)(-1)

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get other costumes. I beat the game and i was given a hint involving basketball.

Go to the place with the basketballs!

    (+1)

Do you ever plan on making the game moddable, like opening up Steam Workshop or making there be custom Sprites/Items folders?

Love the game, and I hope to see Visca again in a future game, or elsewhere.

Unfortunately probbbbably not? The tools I used to make this game don't really give me modding options

    (+1)

    Isn't it 6 upgrade types not 9?

    (+2)

    True! I LIED!!

    (+1)

    It was very Fun!
realmente divertido altamente recomendable, espero que todos lo pueda disfrutar!.
valió la pena comprarlo tan temprano.

    Thank you!

    (+1)

Nice looking rogue-like (not seeing a lot of jumping around things to be a platformer). Reminds me a bit of a game where you're upgrading a knife that cuts anything (up to a certain size) to save the planet from a meteor.

    (+3)

Yoo, this wasn't on here already? Have it on Steam, p fun.

    (+2)

    Got it on steam.

    (+2)

    Same, good game.
